Credentials:

The owner of Delta Plus is Charles A. Benghauser. Born and raised in Punxsutawney, PA, he graduated from High School in 1970, served 4 years in the Naval Medical Corps during the Vietnam era, then received a 3-year Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in the field of Carpentry & Cabinetmaking from Johnson's Technical College in Scranton, PA (1978).

Charles has years of experience in mobile homes and real estate sales in Arizona. He earned the status of Master Finisher in the furniture and architectural restoration world after attending the Minuteman Refinishing School in Wisconsin. This skill included antique mirror re-silvering and porcelain tub refinishing. He served in an advisory and consulting capacity to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for their Emissions and Solid Waste Management Departments.

In 1999, he moved the company into gymnasium floor refinishing, and commercial & residential hardwood floor installation, finishing, and refinishing.

Delta Plus is Licensed and Bonded.
